The stash of uselessness…

So i have officially decided that the majority of my time here in the world has been wasted. I am going to be turning 22 in September, only a month away. I realize that isnt technically old, but i feel that i really need to step my game up and soon. The biggest problem is, i have yet to do anything note worthy with myself. I am seriously considering some major changes. I really need to get some focus in my life so that i can become a better person. Schooling is a must now, I have to pick a school and a field. I really need to work on building a healthier lifestyle as well, eating right and getting some type of work out schedual going on.

The importance of school is becoming more and more important in the world today. Especially with the enconomy being what it is. Companies are going to be more willing to bring someone on with proven knowledge with schooling, and even further still most companies expect real world knowledge. That sucks for someone like me who has taught themselves everything they know, with the help of friends of course. My biggest concern is the companies who expect experience, how are the applicants going to get experience if everyone is already expecting experience. That is just not possible for those new recruits fresh out of college.

So not only do people struggle to make it through college with everything they can possibly learn from thier time there. Now they are out in the world with nothing but a degree and some certifications to back up what they know.

The reason im bringing all of this up is because i know that i am going to wind up in that position sooner or later and it is going to suck. All i can hope for is an economy turn around in the near future to be able to open up some possibilities for those out of work now and those of us that will be in college soon and trying our damndest to stay caught up in school work and still trying to hold down whatever type of job we can find for ourselves to just make it through.

Who knew I could blog, ha. This will conclude my rant/blog for now.

Well I wanna throw a big thanks to Mike again. He got the new template working on the site. And wow it looks so much nicer now. I have been spending almost no time online while i am at home and that is serverely hendering my focus on the site. But im still around and im still gonna find new things to mess with on the site. I hope. If not it will prolly wind up being a blogg site for me and my slim amount of members haha.

Its been a couple days. Few changes nothing all that great to mention.

New theme is still in the works. Been playing around more with embedding my own html which i believe is going to work out nicely. Soon as i actually figure out what im doing ha. So many things i wish was possible that im guessing is not going to be possible at least as of yet. I am about to add friendly site links to other better sites that i enjoy when im just browsing and chatting and such.

I really need to make more time to get on here and work on things but i just dont really have the patience or time that i would like to have to be able to play around more.

On a plus note the theme will soon be changing i believe. along with some other additions as soon as i get some down time at home and have a chance to get the required things from my helper.

I have been up for way to many hours. Joomla has been installed. All i can really say about that is wow. Its so much more confusing but i am going to try and figure it all out.

I miss Dreamweaver already lol.

So anyway im just going to be playing with this crap tryin to understand what it is that i am actually doing. Sleep will soon come i am sure because i know my brain is going to go into ‘standby’ soon.
